Camera Operator Page!

This is a special view "behind the scenes" used by the camera operator, director, and studio operator. Visitors are welcome.

This blog lets visitors and operators see behind the scenes. Visitors with limited bandwidth should view the main Westside Live page.

Camera Operator \ Director

The on site-operator is responsible for setting up the equipment.
On this page, turn on the audio speaker icon below the Studio operators video so you can hear the technician. Leave the speaker icons under your videos OFF to avoid feedback.

Unless told otherwise, don't do anything to the cameras, or laptop during the broadcast.

Directing:
Let the the Studio operator know when to start.
Let the studio operator know when to stop.
When the broadcast is over, wait for the Studio operator to shut down the PC. Then disconnect the cameras and pack them away.
